Meunière of white fish
Easy to make! You can use any white fish.
1 sprinkle salt and pepper on fish
2 sprinkle flour on the fish
3 sauté the fish with Olive oil and garlic
4 take the fish out of the pan
5 put 1 Tbsp butter and 2 Tbsp soy sauce in the pan and heat
6 put the sauce on the fish
